Yep, you got another one.

I'm a 25yr old male from Omaha, NE. I'm 5'11" and weigh 192lbs. I haven't been in decent shape now for about 4 years. I used to work retail and did alot of lifting in the stock room. Now that I have a management job with banker's hours and sit infront of the computer all day, I've really let my self go. Between the cushy life style and a box of Oreos everynight for awhile, I've gained 42lbs in about 3years. Definately not healthy.

I've recently started weight training again after a 6-7 year hiatus. I've been going strong for about a month now and have gained 2lbs but gained an inch on my arms and lost 2 inches off my waist. Very stoked. I'm now at a 37" waist and would really like to get down to a 33-34 again.

I look forward to hearing from all of you and can't wait to start sucking your brains dry with pleanty of questions. Hopefully I will be able to share some insight with you as well.

Later,
