back after a while

I'm not really new here, I have just been REALLY busy with stuff. Like buying a house, moving blah blah blah. I did stop working out for a while due to no time to do so, but I am back on the weight lifting bandwagon with a new arsenal, I got a used bowflex for free, from the father-in-law, and some more free weights. Now I just need to talk the wife into letting me go on a shopping spree at GNC.
