Default Getting Back into Lifting

Hey all. New to the Forum but not to lifting. I have always enjoyed lifting but with work school etc etc I have let myself spiral into poor habits. I am hoping that this site will be the motivation I need to get back into shape. Turned 31 this month and look forward to looking like a freak by age 32. I have already found a nice 3way split article in the training forum and it will be applied starting Friday morning.

My sig says it all. I want to get large and I hope that with the help of this forum that becomes a reality.

Welcome to the board man. You'll get more than enough motivation from this place.

That is what I am looking to get. I have what I consider a good structure for mass. I enjoy lifting and was given a sweet set up by a relative about 6 months ago, but have been too lazy to get in the gym and on the iron. I put on muscle pretty fast and look forward to getting back ASAP.
