Default Thanks

I just want to thank everyone for the warm welcome here. I tried bodyspace before i came on here and i started to get the feeling that if you were not a hot female, most people didn't have much use for you. I'm not saying they were all like that, but a good majority seemed to come across like that.
One person said i should get my diet together and i have been working on that actually. I have been eating clean foods, 5 to 6 meals a day and mixing complex carbs with protein for every meal. Now i just have to get nutrition timing down and i should be in a good spot food wise.
I didn't get a chance to work on my pic or workout, so i will have to do that tomorrow.
Thanks again for all the welcomes!

First off....I would make a pretty HIDEOUS female!!! As far as my goals....I'm 5'7", 198 pounds with 26% bodyfat. I'm thinking i would like to eventually weigh around 175 to 180 with around 10% bodyfat....this is just a rough idea until i get a better understanding of how musclebuilding mixed with fatloss really works. I started eating "clean" about 3 months ago (maybe a little longer) and i started at a weight of 234, so i have lost weight, but i found i was also losing muscle mass. I am good on eating good foods without the junk....i just need to learn calorie intake and food timing. I also need to start getting more sleep. My workout involves multijoint freeweight moves such as benchpress, squats, military press and such. I do one move per bodypart until i get used to the moves and i feel comfortable with it. I can give more info later tonight.
