Default Giving it another try

Hi all, Brad here. Im a 19 year old guy from Farmington Hills, MI.
Over the past few years i've tried unsuccessfully to consistently
work out and get into a regular routine. Things were going ok until I
tore my left ACL in December 06'. Now that i'm almost back to 100%
im trying to give things another go.

I just reactivated my membership at the local gym and worked out
for the first time today. Weighed in at 203 lbs. @ 6'2''

I consider myself a beginner to weightlifting, and am not very
knowledgeable about it.Id appreciate it if someone could help me out
with a basic routine, or suggest certain exercises to target muscle
groups that i need (judging by pics).

My goal is to get a bigger chest and more defined abs by this
summer. Id expect my weight to stay somewhat the same or go up a
bit as I shed some fat and put on more muscle. Any information
would be much appreciate it. Thanks guys.
