Default Grix here from MD

Hey guys. My name is brad. I'm 16 years old and started weight lifting last year. Well I would not call it real weight lifting just went in there and doing what ever with horrible form and experienced noob gains. Now things are a little harder (seeing slower gains) and I want to really want to start seriously lifting and see big gains. I lurked this forum for a bit and seems pretty friendly with good post.

My goals are to first see how much my max's are haha. My bench press is 265 and it's been 265 for ever. The fooling around is going to stop and I need to get serious. I can't squat do to my shoulder flexibility. I'm working on that though. I actually can't get my arms back behind the bar with out it hurting my shoulders. I have been doing a thing called shoulder dislocations to help that out though. I have been practicing dead lifts for a while now but have not maxed out because I do not feel that I have perfect form. I don't want any injuries while I'm still growing.

Once I find my maxes of course my goal is to increase them

I hope that's not a literal term.

Haha, no. I do know what you mean though. The name is kind of misleading.
