Default Long time, no see

hey everyone,
I havent been on in 2 months to the day. started my freshman year at college and I wasnt able to keep up with posting but I'm gonna try to get back at it.
I've kept up the workouts, for a while I was doing individual muscle groups each day. e.g. monday: arms, tuesday: legs, wednesday: back, etc.

strength has been going up, and size certainly has. Last time I was on here was the end of august and I was around 189. As of today I'm 208. althought most of it is, its not entirely lean muscle weight, as my diet has been, well... horrible (easy mac has become a main food group). I've been starting to focus more on my meals within the last couple weeks though so hopefully I'll be able to cut that fat down.

my schedule as of the last couple weeks has seen me going to the gym twice a day; afternoon/night. its gone something like this
monday: triceps/biceps
tuesday: shoulders/back
wednesday: chest/biceps
thursday: triceps/shoulder
friday: back/chest

well its good to be back and I would love to hear any suggestions anyone has for a 5-6 day workout schedule because its very easy to get to the gym every day, and more than once a day as well.

Glad to hear your progressing ant. I know how hard it can be to eat right especially in a college enviorment. If your on campus, and have use of a cafateria you should be able to eat fairly well. I used to bring a bag and sneak out sandwiches, fruits, veggies ect.

as for your training

I'd would say look at some of the programs in the sticky list, your doing a lot of tri/bi work and it isnt nessisary. Also have you not been working your legs at all?
