Hello All.
I am glad to be able to find a place like this on the Net. I hope to learn as much as possible. I used to lift years (5) ago but had to stop due to health issues. I have been cleared by my Cardiologist and am ready to get back in shape (even though round is a shape I'm tired of that shape and want to try a new one LOL). I hope not to bother you all with too many questions.
