Smile Hello All.

I am glad to be able to find a place like this on the Net. I hope to learn as much as possible. I used to lift years (5) ago but had to stop due to health issues. I have been cleared by my Cardiologist and am ready to get back in shape (even though round is a shape I'm tired of that shape and want to try a new one LOL). I hope not to bother you all with too many questions.

Hey, Shibboleth. I know where you're coming from, coming out of the round phase... As far as the questions, don't worry about posting too many. If they were to bother anyone-which won't happen (there are a bunch of great, knowledgeable people around here)-they just wouldn't have to reply to your questions. Besides, it's better to ask, and to know, than to do, and possibly injure yourself, or make some type of error.

Anyways, best of luck!
-John
