I havnt lifted in about 4 years but I did constuction work so i stayed pretty fit. I have been hittin the gym for the last 2 weeks and Im starting to get back into it. Im have been in the army for about a year. Ya and Im now just taking real advantage of a gym membership. After 2 weeks of what i call burn out lifting I fianlly Maxed out today on the beanch press 245 lbs YA I about cryed cause in back in H.S. I would lift that easy. I only weighed 180 lbs. then. Ill post some pic in the pic section. Any suggestions on what to help me get cut. I dont really want to get to much larger. My goal is to reduce body fat to like 10-15% Well on that note I really dont care if I was 300 lbs at 15%bf. you know anyway I just want some help from some fokes.
