Default Hello bodybuiders !

Hi, I am new to the gym and find this place to do everything with perfection so that I could get perfect muscles. First I am interested to know, whether the order of exercise of important or not?
It is really nice to meet you. Hope I'll enjoy here.

It depends on what the exercises are and what your goals are. Certain goals and certain exercises require different orders. Welcome!

Hi Leo, i am also new to the forum. Nice to meet you. I believe first of all, you must know your body type before customising the right training method, technique, diet and nutrition to suit your genetic body type. Hope to share with you more ya. see you around.
