hey my names matt im new to this forum. ive been seriously lifting weight on and off for the last year before that i didnt have much experience in the topic so i dont consider it as real training more like fooling around in the gym with weight. my future goals are to develope a thin muscular body. i thought i knew alot until i read the some of the post here and ive come to the conclusion that i have alot to learn about the sport. you guys really know what your talkin about when it comes to body building.
