Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Rob .I am 34 years old and just getting back into working out after 3 years of back and Knee surgery(Trucking Accident).I am hoping to be able to get back in a truck in a year or so.Any suggestions on best way to take off the extra weight would be great.
Sorry to hear about your back/knee, I know how much of a pain back surgery can be as alot of my relatives have had to have discs repaired from accidents but you can get past it. If you post your current training and dieting information in the training/nutrition forum we can help you take off the extra weight.
You already made the first step. Wanting to get back into things. Just take it slow, and rehab that knee. My brother had knee surgery, andI ve had shoulder. Just take it easy and concentrate on developing your weak areas.
