Default Hello group!

Hi! Glad to be a part of this site. Little background on myself. I am a former three time national bench press champion (USAPL and APF/AAPF) lightweight (322s and 48s) with fourteen years of experience as a personal trainer and sports nutritionist. I'm always eager to offer advice and help, and also know this is an industry where we are always learning. My personal views regarding training are that there are far too many people who want to rely on supplements rather than hard work and proper nutrition, and that the 23 hours you spend outside of the gym in a day are far more important to achieving your goals than the hour you spend actually there. Again, glad to be on board, and hope to contribute often! -EK
