hello..im new to this forum stufff

hello weightlifting people..im new to this forum online stuff. I thought i would join because i'm always unsure about certain topics. I've done a lot for my self through dieting and exercise..it was life changing actually..but now i wanna take it to the next level...i wanna be better then everyone else..i know i have the motivation to do what i want so with everyone's help i know i can do it..working out is my passion and love it. I constantly wonder why people never want to change or look good. I see fat people day in and day out ordering burgers and fries @ my work..its sickening. No one is attractive these days so i definetely don't want to end up like them..looking good creates job opportunities and gives u confidence and all the good stuff..so if u need motivation tips, ive been through it all!! pm me well ill be posting stuff if i need help in areas..nice to know u guys now.
