hi all im UKBoss the owner of a new site from the uk,been training for longer than i can remember my stats are 6'3 235lbs but been out of training for near on two years and just got all clear to start pumping again.
well learning to walk mainly lol i'd be found calapsed and in a comma for a couple of months(longgg story) and by the time i came out of hospital i was 22 stone and could not evern walk! but back down to my old weight of 235lbs and ready to pump the iron! first day at gym tomorrow
