Default Here we go again

I doubt anyone would remember but I used to come here on the regular many months ago. I was doing the Body For Life program and about 5 months into it I stopped with plans to begin a different routine but just never did. This was about 4-5 months ago. I don't always eat like I should now but I have kept pretty good eating habits even since I quit the routine and have continued to lose weight. Not that I ever really needed to lose much weight at 5'8 163lbs but I am now weighing about 145lbs which is more where I should be at. Only thing is now I just look short and skinny so it's time to get back into the game. I guess if it were left up to me I would probably spend a week doing the creatine loading phase and getting back to 6 meals a day. Then the next week begin gradually working my way into a weight lifting routine. I'm not sure though of the best way to start back up so any help is appreciated.
