Hi group--
Started seriously weightlifting circa 1 yrs ago. Played football in H.S., Rugby in college and now am a "weekend warrior". I started weightlifting again as part of a weight loss program, but fell off the program and focused on weightlifting. My motivation is to increase strength. Size is never been an issue for me and I'm not too concerned with definition, rather I like the feeling of increasing my ability to push greater amounts of weight. I like the sport because I can get pissed and get into a good rage to do it.
I came to the forum to meet like-minded folks, get training tips, and learn about what others like about this sport.
