Default Hey guys

Just thought I'd say hey and introduce myself. I joined here a couple years ago when I made a small attempt at getting in shape and stopped. I'm starting from ground zero here. I currently weigh 150 lbs and I'm 5' 10" tall. I'm down from about 190 as I got tired of being tubby this year and changed my eating habits 100% and started mountain biking. A friend who has been lifting for years has made me up a basic plan to follow and yesterday was my first day in the gym in about 2 years. Needless to say I'm pretty damn sore! Won't bug you with any questions at this point as there's more useful info here to read than I could possibly take in right now. Just didn't want my first post to be giving info to someone on a subject I know little about! Hope to be around for good

Thanks guys. I've been at it for 3 days now and literaly every muscle in my body hurts so I'm taking the night off. I'm pretty excited to be getting into this. I need to get some "before" pictures taken so I can post my progress in a few months.
