Default Hey Hey
Well, ive browsed for awhile and decided to join, great info on here! I guess ill give myself a short introduction. My name is Shelby, yup named after the car! haha. Ive been training hard for about 8 months now, incorporating a proper diet for bulking, and making sure I get a good amount of rest! I train 4-5 days a week, and am really enjoying it! I guess thats all. Thanks for havin me!
