Just another new guy here saying hello
My name is cory and i just started lifting about a month ago i was skinny (163) I still am skinny but i was able to get up to 177. thanx to Alot of eating and alot and creatine and protien.
I work with free weights not a big fan of the machines. I will post up some pics as well as my training excercise a little later.
