Smile Hey whats up?Need to gain Weight and Muscle

Hey,Let me begin by introducing myself.I'm 19 years old,i'm 5"8 and i weigh 133lbs.

I joined this site because over the years I've wondered why I've been so thin,so i decided it's time i did something about it.

The only problem is i really have no idea how to start. The only thing i know is that i need at least 4,000 cals a-day,500g of carbs,300g of pro. and 88g of fat or so i think i do.I base this on a Cal/carbs/pro/fat calculator which i got from this website(below is the link)

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/weight_loss_tools.htm

If anybody on this site is a health freak, please tell me the necessary steps i need to take in order to gain weight and muscle at the same time.(please give me a link to the type of exercises i should be doing)

I tried bodybuiling.com but it seems like there'salot of douches on that website that don't reply to your threads so i decided to join a different website.Thanks.

I hope you guys will welcome me.

Here is the link to the exercises you asked for:

Curls with a fork weighted with food

Concentrate on big compound lifts and you'll do well. Welcome.

jesus dude, that website told me I needed about 3500 and I am bigger than you...your size unless you are very active...you probably only need 2500 calories to gain weight ....if even that, but if you can eat that much I say do it, youll gain that much faster

but welcome.
