Default Hi!

Hello to everyone, I'm new here in this forum. I've been training in the gym for sports for 4 years now. I'm 6'0 and I weight 200lbs at 22 years of age. I think my BF would be at around 20%...give or take 2. I don't really know how much I can max, because of a shoulder injury last baseball season wich did not quite recover yet. My goal is to cut at first... after that.... well, time will tell me.
