Default hi everyone

hi everybody
i'm new to this forum and also in the whole body building thing
i can say that ima fatass and i'm working hard to change that
i'm 5'11" and 193.6 lbs which is not good
i'm currently going to the gym and working out but then those trainers there wouldn't help me unless i pay for their services =(

i've also been cutting off fast and junk food out of my daily diet

so pls feel free to hook me up with diet guidance and training program, i will follow the program and post the results

thanks alot and keep on pumping

Welcome....The answers you seek are in the forum, you just need to do your research and read alot! Its alot to take in so don't feel bad if you don't get alot the things being said (I know I still don't know alot of things). I would suggest checking out the "stickies" they are invaluable resources.

I'm 5'11" and about 132 lbs, so I'm a skinny ass. I reckon that as long as we're on it, it's okay
