Default Introduction

Hi...

My name is markanthony. I am 52 years old. 6'0" and currently 215lbs. Historically, I was lifting weights for almost 2 years, and one day I dislocated my hip in a Squat Machine...

Two years later, I'm back at it (currently doing Half Squats for power and Full Squats at a much lighter weight as a rehab). Any advice regarding this strategy would be appreciated.

I am a Vegan (no meat and no dairy) by choice, so I guess I'm one of those people who always takes the hardest road, and I'd like to meet more Vegan weightlifters. Oh well...

I love lifting weights (I'm an early morning lifter) and the gym is my sanctuary. My goal is to get my weight back to the high 230s.

I am honored to be a part of this and to get to know all of you moving forward.

Thanks...
