I'm new on this forum. I live in Italy and i'm 21. I've been going to gym for 2 years. When i started to work out, 2 years ago, I was 1.70 m X 49 kg. Now I'm 1.70m X 57 kg. My aim is 70 kg. I want to gain 13 kgs in 2-3 years. I hope to learn something on this forum.
