hello eveyone. just got here. need help with my belly, wanna get rid of it. what else do i need to do aside from crunches?:weights:

Calories in = Calories out.. Increase cardio and decrease calories, especially carbs.

Lots of great articles in the weightloss section that have more ellaborate ways of saying the same thing as I just did. :)
