hey guys and gals
just joined up - lemme intro myself - 27 year old, ectomorph kyokushin student - need to bulk up to get my next grading. i'm 179cm tall, 76kg.
i travel all the time from uk to china to greece to new zealand - i'm here in new zealand for the next ten weeks but plan to go to spain surf camp for two weeks so it would be good if i got my beach body sorted (and i'm guessing those core muscles are going to be useful on the board).
i've been doing the superhero plan (you can google it) but i'm still pretty new to all this and it would be great to get to know other serious athletes about getting as good as possible and living my life to the fullest. Cheers guys
