looking for a forum that can aid me in getting back in shape. Civilian life for the past 3 years has allowed me to go soft. No BS, I'm fat and I don't want to be. I miss being lean and strong and I am off to a terrible start. I'm 37, 6'4", 300 pound tub of lard and I'm on a tight budget, meaning I've got to do this without any supplements and my diet is crap.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm spending most of my time on here reading and researching whats already been posted. Very Informative so far.
