Just signed up. I have been following the post's here for a couple of weeks and what I have read has been incredibly helpful. I am just starting a work out program after years of setting on my ass getting fat, so I am in need of much guidance. ;)
5'9
200 lb
unknown fat %
good muscle structure (worked my ass off as a kid)
need to lean out and bulk the muscle.
