Default the new guy

i've been lifting for about 4 yrs now. pretty much since i graduated.back then i was really into sports.football, than track in the off season. i was a db so i never really did any bulking. just tone and cardio.I just recently really been able to start packing on the pounds. I know that my nutrition is nowhere near what it should be at for what i want to do.Any tips or hints would be greatly appreciated. thank you
