Just a bit more information about me. I believe I'm a bit of a hard gainer so I stopped trying to bulk for a while and now I'm just eating to drop some bf.
Breakfast: 7:30am
6 egg whites
2 slices of turkey
Some hot sauce
Snack: 9:30
Granola 1.5 oz
Lunch: 12:00
Turkey Sandwhich: Half a tomato, Half an avocado, some lettuce and mustard, oh and two slices of whole wheat bread
Snack: 3:00
Nature Valley Bar Granola bar
Dinner: 6:30
2 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast/ 2 Lean steak
Some sort of veggie/ Broccoli, spinach etc.
Glass of Non-fat milk
Bedtime: 10:30
Up at 7:00
Doing a lot of cardio as of late 4-5 days a week
and my weight lifting I'll post later. That is more like 3 days a week for about 45 min.
