Default New guy here...
Hello all, I'm Don from Las Vegas. Although new to the site, I've been lifting 20+ years. After a shoulder surgery 2 months ago I am looking to get back to form while working with my PT and hammering the cardio during the healing period. The site looks great... Hope to be around for a while....
