Default New guy here in Arkansas
Hi all, im new here and have just recently gotten back into weight lifting. (2 months now) I used to lift alot back in my Army days at Ft. Drum,NY. Im now a father of 4 and have room to workout. Im trying to put on some nice gains and raise my strenght. I will be asking questions while I set up me a nice workout.
