Talking new and learning!

Hello everyone,

I am both new to this site, as well as most of the basics of bodybuilding. I have been reading your posts for some days now, and have begun to modify my diet. I go to the gym everyday, five days of lifting, two of cardio, and have now added squats, deads, and rows to my workout, which has left me hardly able to walk!

I work full time and go to college full time, as well as am married full time-->the most difficult but most rewarding aspect of my life! I quit smoking five months ago, and have been going to the gym ever since. My wife thinks I am obsessed, but it has increased my general happiness, made my body feel better overall, given me a sense of control, and helped me stay off the nicotine!

Thanks to all who have posted and continue to post, I have learned alot here, and hope to contribute what I can to this community!

Glad to hear that you have accomplished so much, especially quitting smoking. Keep going hard and if you have any questions just post away.

Thanks all!

I look forward to learning from the masters! I think I will post some pictures, and go to the fitday.com to log my food intake, etc...so many useful tools with the internet!
