Default just joined

Hello I am Derrick 27 6'0" 375 i am down from 409 just joined a gym wanna go back to being yoked.6years ago i was 275 and a solid swole cat got married had kids and blew up like a balloon got to be about 409 if i was a chevy wouldn't be so bad but i am not so it is not.found out 8 months ago i am now diabetic so i gotta do something.i am down to about 375 and loosing but i wanna be my old self again and thought this would be a good source of new info and shoulders to lean on and learn from.hope to talk to some of you soon.
