Id appreciate your help please

I was banned yesterday at bodybuilding.com because a mod said i was flaming . Im ttwarrior5 there and all i do is go there to help others with their training. Every time i post anything about hit or mentzer i get bashed like nothing you′v ever seen and i dont back down. Im sure this doesnt suprise you. Im a top mentzer trainer and have even had death threats . I dont appreciate being banned for not backing down and posting my hit training posts. MY last post i declared war. If possible go there and in the training section post your best mentzer stuff and in the last sentence post you dont appreciate your bud ttwarrior being banned.

Wow! You know, every website I go to has a ton of info saying HIT is irrational and suboptimal. Alot of this info was from scientific websites such as Hypertrophy-specific. Some of my favorites was from Dr. Squat.

Funny thing is...He's a "top trainer" of hit'ites and possibly a HIT Jedi Knight, but yet he posts nothing in response to anything (scientific wise or other) I posted. HIT is based upon nothing more than selling Nautilus equipment. Absolutely nothing scientific whatsoever, just heresay.

This one is where they try and be civil with him and ask if he can have an actual discussion where he EXPLAINS HIT to everyone. He, like he does in this thread, dodges the question and says, "Not 5 people here is as strong as me"

Maybe, just maybe if he had any real knowledge of why he does what he does, people might not flame. Honestly, if he was to come on here and answer not even half of what I posted about his HIT Jedi, I'd be satisfied and leave his banned ass alone. On bb.com, alot of people weren't flaming him, just asking in all seriousness WHY....His responses are anything but.
