I'm new to the forums, what brings me here is that I'm starting the Firefighter academy soon and i need to start working out around the home.
I recently bought a bar and couple of weights, i dont have a bench but I'm building my home gym as i go. Someone recommended to me to use the clean & press exercise, I'll do this exercise plus whatever else the members on these forums recommends.
My goal is to build up strength and also make myself bigger while only using natural methods. I just bought some GNC amplified 100% whey protein.
