Hello guys across the pond!

I'm a Spanish bodybuilding enthusiast who has trouble writing in English. That's why i decide to log in a english bodybuildig forum. I usualy participate in a spanish forum, buy this seems to be a great challenge.

I am eager to share with you my modest knowledge.
