Default New from Tennessee

Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 27, 6'2", and currently weigh 201lbs. I've been working out off and on for a couple years. I started working March of 06 cause I weighed 248lbs. I've still got quite a bit of weight to lose IMO. I've got alot of motivation these days since my Dad had a heart attack last week and had to have 6 bypasses. We have heart problems on both sides of the family. That being said, my Dad was 6'0'' and 200lbs. when he entered the hospital, worked out and tried to eat well. I haven't noticed much muscle development over the years, and I think alot of the definition has to do with genetics.
