Default New and time to bulk up

Hey, I'm Josh. I have been working out, on and off, for about 3 to 4 years. Try to work out during the summer, but my job comes first. I left school last year weighing 190lbs, I am down to 167lbs unfortunately. I plan on playing rugby but I'm going to have to get back up to at least 190lbs. Hopefully get up to 200-210lbs. So its time to go all out, and get bulked up. I would appreciate any advice.

In the past I have tried supplements; Whey Protein(thats a given), Creatine ( all kinds), Gakic (worked alright).
