Default New today

Just wanted to stop in and say hi

I'm 28 and have been lifting since I was 16 (I only wish I never took a few years off in between)
I'm 6'1
217lb
10% bodyfat

I'm always looking to put on more muscle while I keep my fat down, but it's a long process. I have put on about 57lbs since I started. I'm a hard gainer, but that's ok because that means I can have some cheat meals and not worry to much about putting extra weight on.

Anyways, I'm on here to learn and share some info.

Thanks all. I've found some good info already. I'm going to be starting that 5*5 program on Monday.
Anyone try it ?

I've done it and it has worked. Just look at my journal. Also, I can think of 4-5 people, including myself, that have done some form of 5x5, just look in the journal section.
