Hi there and welcome to forum !

Im not going to go into great detail ... but going from the pic you posted I have to say you need to go much less on the protein shakes ! Yes the ODD protein shake is great im not ruling that out at all but Eat smaller meals on a regular basis, Dont aim to bulk up at the stage your at. First off you need to TONE up ! All that protein etc is just going to make you look bloated etc ! You wont be able to grow a lean vascular muscular physique the route your taking atm ! Eat less ... tone up .. once you see solid gains of muscle then try bulking up ! It seems to me your trying to do everything at once which isnt going to do you any favours in the long run m8 ! You have a pretty good starting point anyway from your pic ... you just need to work on it before you even consider bulking etc ! Do it in stages ... not all at once because it will defeat the object !
Hope it helps !
