Default Newbie
Hey all...I am John from Oklahoma. I am just getting into weight training and trying to bulk up. I am about to take a trip across the big pond here shortly. I am 6'0 159 pounds and 24 years old.

Trying to bulk up and put on some weight. Got a couple of great workout partners one of which is a professional wrestler.

Hope to learn a thing or two from this site that will help me with my venture to build bulk and put on weight.
