Question newbie

Hi everyone, I'm just starting, this is my first week, I don't know mucjh of anything about BB, lifting etc. this seems like a good place to learn. I've been searching the web for info and looking for a good magazine to find out how to get started and plan a routine, all I am finding is ad's and bull%^t.

height 5'6"
weight 205

I agree that there is alot of crap based around fitness on the net, most of it due to product marketing. If you got any questions feel free to post them within the specific forums and we can help you out.

Thanks for the warm welcome and good advice, I'm gonna do as much reading as my little brain can handle without going into information overload. this is my first serious attempt at trying to get into better shape. I am excited and want to learn as much as possiable and try to avoid injuries (from not knowing what I am doing.)
