Just wanted to stop by and say hi. I'm pretty new to bodybuilding in general and I admit I'm pretty clueless on a lot of things. I've been working out since January 1 (New Year's resolution plus a promise made to people close to me), dropping 40 pounds in the process.
Currently 5'5" 1/2, 162 lbs, no idea how to calculate fat percentage but I still have a gut I want to keep on working hard to get rid of and build upper body mass.
