Hey what's going on everybody my name is Armando im from USA California to be exact. Im 23 years old 287 pounds 6,3 im looking to get into shape and start living a heathly life style. I came across this site and thought if would be helpful to me. I really wanna drop some weight and gain some muscle where its needed. I pretty new at all this ive workout out before i played sports all through school. Well anyways without giving you my whole life story im here to learn and make friends as well i hope this site will help me out.
