So you deserve help because you are injured but if a 98 lbs person wanted to "apply" they would be turned down? So injuries are excuses but "not being strong YET isn't? I don't except the justification. This kind of attitude is why 90 percent of people out there thinks everyone who lifts weight are assholes. Seriously. Just say 'I'm sorry for saying that", it was wrong, forget the excuse, an move on.

Lots of people have been in pain. Me included.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Agreed. Many people on the site will be willing to assist you; however, until the attitude goes away you might as well talk to a wall because everyone needs help once in awhile. I have received a lot of insight and assistance on the site and have become better for it.

Plus it would not hurt for you to be a little bit more specific.

BTW: I started out as a "98 pound weakling" and have progressed quite nicely thank you.

Ocker, I think you are talking about the "pump" but yeah..congestion is about right..but it is not an indicator of good training.

NO, it is not. Having a plan of progression is a good start.

The idiot who made the statement can do the search himself. Infact, I'd like to see why he thinks a pump means ANYTHING.
