Default Ninety-eight pound weaklings need not reply

Hello all.

This is a quick post. I'm 37, still lifting after a serious injury 15 years ago. I'm more into maintenance than power (I must avoid compressing the spine.)

Maybe a good theme would be, "How buff can you get with 5 kilo dumbbells?"
