Red face Green

Hello, my name is Steve and I have a problem... I have an addiction to fitness, health, and shaping ma body. Is anyone out there who wants to be my support group??
j/k, but I am currently a college-level competitive tennis player and really haven't looked too much into bodybuilding until recently.
I purchased a few bodybuilding magazines from Wal-Mart... I know
but I've lifted a few times this last month and got addicted! I've always been intense about training, currently it's hardcore tennis training... and for those of you out there thinking tennis is a homo sport, I challenge you to attend the U.S. Open tournament, in person, and try to tell me that those guys aren't amazing athletes, as are any other athletes out there (except I still don't believe CURLING should be considered a sport, I've always thought of that as more of a bar game)
NEwayz, hoping to transfer my intensity into bodybuilding, cause it feels great!! Learning something new every day.
btw, I'm a biology major about to graduate this december, so I have a little experience in human anatomy and kinetics, but until recently I've always bought into the myth that bodybuilders are just ginormous muscle-bound guys who can't move fast and have very limited flexibility. It's a lie!!! Some guys at Gold's Gym where I lift do amateur bodybuilding competitions and seem as though they're able to try out for the football team!!
well, that's it, I'm still green to the art of bodybuilding, but will soon get where my fave competitor is (soon as in 7 years)... Eryk Bui. I also like Lee Priest but don't really like Gustavo.
Currently at 5'10" and a very firm, although not cut 184 lbs. Just my little corner of the world, hope to make online buddies here in the forums!

HAHAHA, great video, that really made my day. I know he prolly has a lot of fans, but I'm not one of them!!
I do have a quick question though, would tennis be good to use as HIIT? When done at a higher level, there are lots of sprints, quick stops, and overall body workout similar to jumping rope, or does competitive tennis burn too many calories too fast and start taking out lean tissue instead of just fat?
